    Do you need special access for load-in?
    If the event is upstairs or behind service areas, please provide ramps/elevators or clear access for our team and gear.

  • How long is the rental?
    Our packages include 4 hours of service. You can add extra time by the hour.

    How far in advance should we book?
    Popular dates: especially football weekends, spring galas, and wedding season, sell out fast. Book as early as possible to guarantee your date.

    Do you travel outside Athens?
    Yes, we include delivery and setup within 30 minutes of Athens. We’re happy to travel further for a small additional fee.
