Do you provide microphones, projectors, and screens for our presenters and auctioneer?
Yes. We supply podium and gooseneck mics, extra handheld wireless mics, confidence monitors, large projectors, big screens, and zone/relay TVs so every guest can see and hear what’s happening.
Can you handle live streaming or hybrid galas for remote donors?
Absolutely. We can stream your gala in real time to donors who can’t attend in person, or create a hybrid experience that combines live and virtual audiences. Our team handles cameras, switching, and streaming tech so it’s seamless.
Do you provide stage lighting for speakers and IMAG (live camera feed)?

We typically serve events within 2–3 hours of Athens, GA, but can travel farther for larger galas. Just ask! We’ll give a clear travel plan and budget up front.Do you work with venues that already have AV equipment?
