    How many people can fit in the booth?
    Up to 12 guests can pose together in one photo — perfect for big wedding parties and friend groups.

    Do we get physical prints on-site?
    Yes! Every guest in the photo gets their own 2×6 print strip. You can upgrade to 4×6 prints if you want bigger keepsakes.

    Can we customize the print design?
    Yes! choose from our professionally designed templates or upgrade to fully custom branding created by our design team.

    What props are included?
    We bring a curated set of 10–12 clean, fun props — hats, glasses, novelty items — chosen to work well for weddings, corporate events, and classy parties.

    Can guests share their photos digitally?
    Absolutely. We include instant text and AirDrop sharing on-site, plus a private online gallery after the event.

    Does the booth work for black-tie or elegant events?
    Yes! The Luxe Booth’s studio lighting and DSLR camera create high-end, flattering photos for even the most formal occasions.

    We need one standard 120V outlet within 50 ft of the booth.

    Can the booth be used outdoors?
    Yes. As long as it’s on a stable, level surface with overhead cover (tent, pavilion, awning) and not in direct harsh sunlight. Some backdrops are not advisable if in windy conditions

    How long do you need for setup and teardown?
    We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event to set up and test. Teardown usually takes about 30–45 minutes.

    Do you need special access for loading in?
    Please provide smooth access — wide enough doors, ramps or an elevator if not on the main floor.

  • How long is the standard rental?
    Every Luxe Booth rental includes 4 hours of service. You can add more time by the hour if your party runs longer.

    How far in advance should we book?
    Popular dates — especially wedding season, corporate holiday parties, and UGA football weekends — fill up fast. We recommend booking as early as possible.

    Do you travel outside Athens, GA?
    Yes! Delivery and setup within about 30 minutes of Athens are included. We’re happy to travel farther for a small additional fee.

    What upgrades are available?
    Extra booth time, custom print design, guest book station, premium backdrops, and second sharing stations are popular add-ons.

    How do we reserve our date?
    Contact us to check availability. We’ll send a simple contract and collect a deposit to lock in your booth.
